Honey Irish Cream Chocolate Mousse
A rich, creamy chocolate mousse made with a splash of Irish cream and a hint of honey for a decadent treat to finish your St. Patrick's Day dinner.

DIRECTIONS
Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate, stirring until smooth.
Stir in the honey, Irish whiskey, and vanilla extract.
Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
