Ingredients

  • ½ cup Fingerlakes Honey Company honey

  • ½ teaspoon celery salt

  • ½ teaspoon ketchup

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil

  • ⅓ cup cider vinegar

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a jar or bowl, whisk together the honey, celery salt, ketchup, onion powder, and paprika until well combined.

  2. Slowly pour in the vegetable oil and cider vinegar while whisking continuously until the dressing is smooth and emulsified.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.


Notes

  • Adjust the amount of honey, vinegar, and mustard to suit your taste.

  • For a bolder flavor, try using Dijon mustard.

  • If the dressing is too thick, thin it out with a tablespoon of water.
