Our delicious jams, jellies, and spreads are made from the freshest fruits grown on our own farm or locally grown. We combine them with honey, **100% All Natural Citrus Pectin, and **Monocalcium Phosphate 

You get the taste of freshly picked fruit with a touch of honey.

**NOTE**
--100% All Natural Citrus Pectin:Made in Italy. Pectin is a naturally occuring substance (a polysaccharide) found in various fruits. It is 100% citrus pectin, extracted from the dried peel of lemons, limes, and oranges, after the fruit has been juiced and the oil has been pressed out of the peel. Pectin is vegan, gluten free, and GMO free. There are no additives, preservatives, sugar, or dextrose. There are no corn or apple by-products.
--Monocalcium Phosphate: Is a food-grade rock mineral source of calcium made up of two minerals, calcium and phosphorus. The food industry uses it as a yeast nutrient in baking, an acidulant in baking powder, and a mineral supplement. 

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?

Our bee-licious jams, jellies, and spreads might sound the same because they have the same ingredients, but they are different in the process to make them and in their texture. Jams, jellies, and spreads are all soft, sweet spreads made from produce, sweetener, and sometimes other ingredients. The main difference between them is that jam is made with fruit, whereas jelly is made with fruit juice. Spreads can be made from either. As a result, jam, jelly, and spreads have different characteristics:

Texture: Jam has a semi-firm consistency, and the cooked-down fruit lends it a chunkier texture. Jams will sometimes contain the small seeds of some fruits- such as strawberries, blackberries, etc. Jelly has a firmer consistency than jam and is uniform in texture.Jelly is seedless. Spreads can be a combination of both.

Appearance: Jelly is more translucent than jam. Spreads can be either.

Uses: Jam, jelly and spreads are spreadable. The consistency of each can be similar or quite different. It all depends on your preferences.

Unopened jar without ring may be stored in a dark cupboard until opening. DO NOT STACK! All of our jams, jellies, and spreads are shelf stable for one year until opening.    

Since they have no extra preservatives, these must be refrigerated after opening and eaten within three weeks. Use a bottle opener and lift lid to open. Store in refrigerator with lid and ring.

If you notice mold or an off smell, do not consume.

• FAVORITE BREAD- Toast, bagel, English muffin, etc

• CHARCUTERIE BOARD-  Add as a spread on your charcuterie board.

•  APPETIZER- Top your cracker with cream cheese and your favorite Honey Jam, Jelly, or Spread.

• SALAD DRESSING- Make a bee-lious salad dressing using our Honey Jams, Jellies, & Spreads. These pair well with our Infused Vinegars. 

• DESSERTS- We recommend sticking to the basics... a generous scoop of fine vanilla ice cream with a thick drizzle of your favorite jam, jelly, or spread to taste. Or you can add them to your favorite cookies, cheesecake, pies, etc

• BBQ SAUCE- It is broad, but since there are lots of sweet sauces added to various BBQ'ed meats, our Honey Jams, Jellies, and Spreads can cover several bases. Make your own honey BBQ sauce with the flavor of your choice, or simply drizzle it across ribs, chicken, or any other BBQ'ed entrees when you serve them.

• YOGURT - Continuing the flavors, next time you don't want plain yogurt, give some Honey Jam, Jelly, or Spreads a try. Mix it in and enjoy. You can even use the yogurt as a sauce, as it's done in many cuisines.

• COCKTAILS/MOCKTAILS - You will thank us for this idea. There are a number of cocktails or mocktails out there that use honey and fruit, and possibly with the exception of a few, you will be making a great drink with the flavor of your favorite Honey Jam, Jelly, or Spread.
